The hockey world, apparently intent on boring us all to death this offseason, continues its ban on interesting news. To compensate, I offer the following video of the 1985 playoffs series between the Montreal Canadiens and the Quebec Nordiques.
It's eight minutes of exciting, overtime postseason hockey, complete with heroics from Peter Stastny. Enjoy.

Neither have the Avalanche. Other than signing a couple of juniors, no real news has come out of Denver since the first of July.
