My reactions
My first reaction was:
Oh no...
Then, I was:
That actually looks ok, less lines, specially on the bottom...
Now it's in the middle of the road. Don't like the blue in the sides in the body part, and those while lines from top to bottom...
i think it's about par for the course
some good things, some bad. no more lines on the bottom of the jersey, which i hated. the sleeves are wrong somehow on the new ones, and im not sure i like the new blue.
overall, not too bad though. i'll prolly buy one, seeing as i dont own one already.
Fakes?
I really think these are fakes, the blue doesn't match and while I can't make out the logo on the pants, they don't seem to match the reebok logo on the Capital Pants

Also...
Also those vertical stripes would interfere with any "C" or "A" patch.
And why in the hell would they have 2 players modeling the old jersey and only one model the new uni? No other team did that at all.
I'm calling shenannigans

there's a link to the whites here:

first gallery, last pic. the whites look good to me -- the dark jerseys have weirdness on the sleeves that's mitigated by the added contrast.
Weak Sauce
Wtf? Why did they need to change anything at all? why couldn't they have just used the old design on these new jerseys? Those side stripes make the jerseys look chop shop, like those bad replicas they have ebay. This just brought my day down.
