Since the shutout...
On October 28th, the Flames and Mikka Kiprusoff shutout the Avalanche 3-0. Since then, Kipper has been rather "meh", giving up 6 goals in a game twice (and he probably would have a 3rd time had he not been pulled after 1 4-goal period against the Sharks). Here's how Kiprussof and Budaj have fared since that night:
| Rec | MIN | GA | GAA | SVPCT | PPGA | |
| Budaj | 3-3 | 365 | 17 | 2.79 | .905 | 3 |
| Kipprusoff | 4-4 | 438 | 30 | 4.11 | .872 | 10 |
So, will the anemic Avalanche attack be the cure for Kipper's ailing game? Or will a struggling Kipprusoff be just what the Avs need to get them to start lighting the lamp again?

Nice stats, but just because one elite goalie is a fullblown suckfest right now doesn’t excuse Budaj’s weak play by any means. The dreadful Avs defense, however, does.

Budaj hasn’t had any weak play lately. Not really a point of discussion right now.
Go Avs! Let's get some goals!

We just made the language better after we kicked the riff raff out of the country.
Seriously though, I had a British lady tell me that we cheated during the “Revolutionary War” because we put beans in our Chile. And she was dead serious.
Now and then we had the hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be PIRATES.
