Boods gave up a rebound but why was no Avs defense shadowing Bouchard ready to level him when he got near the puck.

but her “acting” job in Transformers was excruciating to watch, despite my general enjoyment with the movie. I hate that Michael Bay got his grubby little hands on my Transformers.
Transformers was pretty cool. Shia LeBouf was pretty good in that, as well as Eagle Eye. I vary between thinking he’s a douche and thinking he’s not. As for Megan she didn’t really have to do any acting, just look hot and wear small clothing, altough the acting she did was shocking. I’m sick of having the chicks in movies being all tough and rebellious. Screw female empowerment.

When I first saw it
I went in thinking it wasn’t going to be at all related to the Transformers I grew up with, so I really enjoyed it. When I saw it again, Megan Fox’s mere inclusion in the film was baffling, but I like the job Shia did in it. I think he’s a typical young, Hollywood star. He just happens to be in some movies I like (I love love love the book “Holes”, so the movie was naturally awesome for me). You’re right in that she didn’t have much to do, but when she took a stab at the little work she was given, she fell flat on her face.

When i watched i was like, “this is awesome, I can see why everyone made a huge fuss about it” but the second time I think I fell asleeps towards the end, I do that frequently, doesn’t help that I watched it at about 11:30 at night after playing sport all day.

Same goes for “Bro Hymn” by pennywise, its a great song with a great message, especially the tribute one to Jason Mathew Thirsk but so many sport teams use it. Bothe the Ducks and Flyers use it as their goal song.

i hate arena’s that don’t have a LOUD ASS goal horn! I think The Can has one of the best goal horns in the league. The only other 2 that I think compare in decibel level are The Air Canada Centre in Toronto and American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Here's the issue
If you could actually make a difference by dumping season tickets, I could see not booing, because you just stop going, but here there are thousands of people on the waiting list for tickets, so it doesn’t matter what we say.
Then enjoy booing your team.
I guess some things just aren’t enough for fans anymore. You could have done this, should have won that, but instead of enjoying what you HAVE, you lament over things done and gone. Do you even ENJOY hockey or were you just born into it and never got away from it? You’d think with your rapidfire posting about how poor your team has been that you’d much rather be doing other things than watching your team play.

I get to see a lot of players make the direct jump from Houston to Minnesota, so I go from loving a guy like Cal Clutterbuck one night to hoping he gets run the next. Or, a better example, a guy like Erik Reitz who I love love loved in Houston, I can’t stand wearing a Minnesota sweater. It’s just a weird relationship.

I love hockey and it helps they are a minor league team, and it’s really cheap to see them play (22 dollar center ice seats, row 4 over the weekend omnomnom). When I eventually leave Texas, I can go back to being just an Avs fan.
