The more likely scenario is that, with his low salary, Boots can only afford t-shirts and GAP fleece pullovers.

We should take up a collection. We were prepared to go in on a pimp cane for Benedict Theodore last year, surely we could raise some coin to get Budaj a nice button-up dress shirt and a tie?

Didn’t Stastny just sign some huge outrageous contract and was looking for some help spending his immense fortunes. Maybe he should spend some it helping Budaj dress up.
