Obama Just Won Colorado

Look, the last thing I want to do is insert my own political leanings into this community. This is a hockey blog, not anything else. My own views on the campaigns of John McCain and Barack Obama have no place here.
But, I don't think I'm alone when I say that the picture above has pretty much clinched my choice for president in the coming election.
And, considering that Colorado is a battleground state this time around, I think it's safe to say that Obama can count on having nine extra electoral votes come November.
(BTW: Please refrain from using any gender-specific insults in the comments, thanks. Let's keep our invectives equal opportunity.)

I know a Detroit fan who worked for the DNC. When they were cleaning out the Avs lockeroom, they were told to not step on the “A” as it was bad luck. She thought she was pretty clever when she went and jumped up and down on it later that day. If you ask me, they both suck.
Great stuff
Okay…we need to drop the puck already :-)

At least...
…McCain has a look on his face like “I’m not touching that thing”. I may have to reassess my entire political credentials if he did refuse to touch the jersey.

To McCain’s credit, he does have a “that is the ugliest damn thing I’ve ever seen in my life” look on his face. Good for him. He has seen the jersey of evil, and rejected it.

We can all hope that she took the damn thing home and burned it as a sacrifice. Not that I would want it even around my house long enough to burn it, but if you throw it away some poor bum or street kid might find it and wear it.
Now and then we had the hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be PIRATES.

Sarah, “Jeez, John, you didn’t have to spit on my new jersey!”
John, “Oh yes I did.”
drop the knee, not the bomb
All she needs is University of Nebraska earrings and an Oakland Raiders cap. Wait a minute, I think I have an idea for a political ad. Who’s good at Photoshop?

Ha ha oh man that is perfect. Well done. And yes, Bob, if we elect someone who accepts Red Wings jersey, you’re absolutely right: The terrorists will win. It’s an excellent observation.

man, I just can't get this straight today
anyway, it’s been pointed out at uniwatch that the Red Wing jersey she’s holding doesn’t match the real Wings jerseys
