My tickets were stolen
Yes you heard me correctly my 2 puck pack tickets section 120 row 6 were stolen from the mail today or at some point my girlfriend received the envelope with tickethorse written all over it taped back together in the mail. Now i beleive the idiots at the post office are either completely retarded or stole my tickets. So i just want to say fuck you post office for being theiving retards and fuck you tickethorse for writing you name all over the envelope.....never had this problem with ticketmaster. So i will be contacting both the post office to complain and tickethorse to make them cancel the other tickets and have a brand new set with the same seats waiting for me at willcall. Has this ever happened to you before if so what happened, how was it fixed, can it be fixed, or tell me how shitty this is.

I’d certainly call ticket horse (or the Avs ticket reps) and let them know. I’d also call the police. Opening your mail is more than just theft, it’s also a federal crime, and they usually take someone going through someone else’s mail pretty seriously.
but no, this has never happened to me

Wow

Yes, it’s a federal crime. I would suggest using the “print from home” or ticket flash feature in the future. That way you have control over when and where the tickets are printed.

it never gave me a print from home option which i was supprised about it was either will call or mail and we just decided to do mail for some unknown reason.

Yeah, call ticket horse. Also, ticket horse allows you to print your tickets via an email so you don’t have to go to will call or have them mailed.

If Tickethorse is writing their name all over the envelope then they are retarded. I didn’t have the option of having tickethorse mail me tickets, I had to print them the two times I’ve used tickethorse, they should be smarter about mailing them. Ticketmaster has always sent tickets out in an “unmarked” envelope.
I would definitely call them…

I'm cheap
So I used the standard mail option too, I think it was the only free option. I think the print online thing costs like an extra $1 or something, but it sounds like it’s worth it.

it seems
like this happens alot the lady even asked if the envelope had been taped back together and we told them they should look into getting unmarked envelopes. But they did re-issue our tickets and void the other ones, as well as giving us our tickets at willcall free of charge. The lady was very nice but im gonna feel bad for the poor people who buy the tickets from whoever stole them.

Another solution:
Buy two more tickets to the game near the original tickets, and beat the crap out of the guys in your seats.
This solution can also be filed under “most fun”.
Revenge. It’s fan-tastic.

Rec’d. This seems like the most logical solution to me.

Too bad
the person who stole them is probably going to sell them on StubHub or Craig’s list

Same thing happened to me, if you let the avs or pepsi center know they can make those tickets invalid and give you new ones.

one reason to love the Kings marketing folks: they FedEx the shit and you or a rep have to sign for it.
The 2009-2010 Colorado Avalanche: too naive to think they can lose.
