Turns out, there WAS something wrong with Salei
Missed this one yesterday:
"But coach Joe Sacco said defenseman Salei "will work his way in the lineup soon" and said some time he missed in training camp with the flu slowed his progress"
I did think there was more to his absences in the preseason than just coach's decision...

I've had that flu crap for three weeks now.
It sucks. Just when I thought I was getting better a few days ago, it came back. This shit better be gone in a few days; I don’t want to miss opening day (loveland) like Rusty did at the Can.
