I just hope he wasn’t born with wheels.
Mile High Hockey: Hoping for the best, expecting the worst, hating the Wings.
Anderson, Ovechkin, and Bryzgalov. It’s hard to argue with those three stars for the month. But somewhere in all of that, I feel like Anze Kopitar isn’t getting as much acknowledgment as he should be getting.

listen i dont the ice girls to bring me in, I love my violence and fast paced games, but its an added bonus when i get to see some very pretty women while watching my games…yes im a pig…oink oink

maybe this is a bit of a locale issue. i see absolutely beautiful women wearing next to nothing every day of my life here in LA/OC. hockey is one of the places I’d like to go where I can avoid that.

Beachie, I’m with you on this one. I too love to watch scantily clad women whenever possible but no thanks on mixing it with my hockey. Hockey is all about hitting, checking, fighting, and scoring, not chicks. Plus it was hilarious to watch the ice guys dancing to Thriller the week before Halloween. If it were chicks doing it, the hilarious factor becomes nonexistent.
An ounce of confidence can carry you a mile toward winning. Oh, and Red Wings suck.
I totally appreciated the ice guys and their humor during the Vancouver game. They added fun, not drool, to the experience.
FWIW, I completely get the MHH guys’ point of view on this. I’m just tired of the idea that we need to infuse female sexuality into everything in order to sell anything. It’s old and tired.
