Great Article
Thanks for posting it.
This season has been a huge disappointment on the ice, but when I read about how much the Avs players do for communities and people off the ice, I realize we really have a great group of guys with big hearts. I would rather have that than a bunch of douche canoes that win the Stanley Cup (some people may differ). The problems on the ice will take care of themselves (new GM, coaches, etc), but I hope the Avs never lose their big collective hearts.
Avs. Sticking it to the Red Wings
He is learning from some of the best
I mean we all know how much Lappy and Joe do in charity work. We always see the images of the team with children at the hospitals. If there is one thing the organization has correct in it’s business model, it is giving back where it can and that has filtered down to it’s players. Now if only they were a little more honest and forth coming in other areas.
MHH: Like the Avs organization, we’ve now officially lost our minds.
