Yeah
I have no idea. If i were to choose only 1 to go, I’d much prefer FG had been the one to stay.
Of course at this point I kinda hope both are shown the door.

and as to FG actually getting fired, I didn’t thnk this was all his fault. he did ok considering the hand he was dealt. he committed to developing youth and getting the system going again. he was very careful to not hamstring the team long-term with the cap, and i think we’ll reap huge benefits from that afterthis coming year.
at the same time though, he deserves this. he made a number of bad moves that directly contributed to this team’s failure in every way this year — Tucker, Arny, Raycroft, Clark, even Hannan.
So, farewell FG, you’re ok in my book. But you still deserve this.
yeah
I’m writing up my thoughts now… they are effectively the same though.

As long as this doesn't end in EL getting the reins
I’m happy. EL should at best be Assistant GM.
2008-2009 Avalanche: It's like watching a car crash.
EL should keep managing his central hockey league team until they win something first before he tackles any NHL job imo.

Pffft. Have you seen others’ replay fails. All the cool kids are doing it.

It ain’t cool till I say it’s cool. Expect lots of these random, arrogant comments during the off season. You have been warned
