Mirtle: Oilers fire MacTavish
I have always thought MacTavish has done a good job in Edmonton and has been at a competitive disadvantage thanks to Kevin Lowe and the Oilers budget for a long time. I would be extremly happy to see the Avs hire MacTavish, although he is still probably not my "A" choice.
