Was that Giguere’s decision or Granato’s. I’d imagine it was Giguere’s, but Granato had some input.
Either way, it’s (another!) black mark on both of them.

should have been Giguere’s call with Granato’s input.
with this franchise, who knows. The odd part about all this was that Ledin was on a one-way contract – the Avs were paying him $600k per year whether he was in Cleveland or Denver

i didn’t think Ledin was anything special in his few games up, but it’s not like he was worse than anyone else they brought up. If even just to save money, why didn’t they bring him up?
I agree. well, I thought he was very good in the first game and then just so-so in the other two. still, I would have liked a longer look
