Kevin Weekes, and not Martin Broduer, is getting the nod in goal for the slumping New Jersey Devils against the TB Bolts this evening, much to this Avs fan's delight.

And the decision is already paying dividends... for Avs fans. Weekes gives up a goal that would probably make either of the Avs netminders blush < 5 minutes into the game... 1-0 Lightning.
If the Lightning are able to win this game and then take the Isles to OT tomorrow I think the Avs will have the #2 spot locked down.
