On vacation

I don’t think i’d be the least bit surprised if Granato went postal on the Avs after what they have put him through the last month or so.

According to the DP article I was just reading, he was as normal and unconcerned as he was when the team was taking during the season. No hard feelings!

I believe this lack of passion was reflected in the team last year and also accounts for why people wouldn’t have minded Roy. It could also explain Tyler Arnason…… well, maybe not.

Unsurprising...

This whole “watch the shipwreck burn” detatched attitude of his has tempered how bad I feel for him about how he’s been treated. That and the fact that his deaf cousin who is also a monkey knew he was getting fired. And Granato’s monkey cousin isan optimist.

I just want Drury back... I recognize the Drury->Morris->Statsny chain, and I stick with the statement.

Granato, who replaced Bob Hartley in 2002 and held the job for a couple of years, says Lacroix told him he was talking to Roy, but it was still tough to stomach.
