Friday 7/10 -Dev Camp role call

Who's headed to Dev camp tomorrow?

I figured we needed a small fan post to kind of tell people when we'll be there, and what we look like. I'm easy, because I look exactly like my profile pick... I'll be wearing an old school hockey mask and I have a genetic condition that makes me 8-bit.

But seriously I'll be wearing jeans, a burgundy fleece (I'd wear my Sakic sweater, but It's in storage until I find a real place to live) and a worn blue Avs cap. I'll be there around 9am (unless it starts at 8am, like Tapeleg mentioned on his twitter feed, then I'll get up early).

Skinny guy with a goatee, wearing a grey Avs hoodie. looks like the thenurse and another poster are coming with me too. It starts at 9, I’m pretty sure.

i have the amazing gold aviators and everything baby! i havent shaved in like 5 days too, I could come in with a horrible half-strong fumanchu to disgust all the hot single hockey babes that come to watched the kids play on friday mornings! aaaaalllll riiiiight!

Jibble and I found each other, but I saw no one else, despite loudly talking about MHH half the time. :)

quick summary: wow oh wow was the talent level higher at this dev camp than the last 2 seasons I attended. Good times.

Stopped by

I stopped by Family Sports and got to watch Duchene and the other young guns for awhile this morning. I was really impressed with Duchene and his quickness, hands, and solid shot. He was unquestionable the standout of the group. I also noticed how much fun he was having with a huge perma-grin the entire time.

Quite a few fans with much of the focus on Duchene.

Thanks for the write up doc…I have to admit that I’ve been waiting all day to read something about how things went since I can’t travel that far to attend camp.
