Personally, I'm glad to see him get another shot in the NHL.  Best of luck to him--and I hope the Pens can repeat with him behind the bench.  Of course, now that he's moved on from the Avs, he'll probably be an awesome assistant coach.

Then again, if the Penguins' power play starts to suck...we'll know why.  Expect to see Crosby at the point.
