Somewhere last week, I mentioned there was a rumor that Tyler Arnason had been released by his KHL team, Dinamo Riga. Unfortunately, the only reference I could find to this on the web was in Latvian and the google translation of said page was rough at best. I am pleased to report that I have been in contact with Jared Grellet who covers the Dinamo for the Baltic Reports site. Jared was kind enough to assure me that Arnason has not been let go. Apparently, Arnason and / or teammate Martin Kariya were spotted at an airport, sparking a rumor that the two were leaving the team. It was just a rumor, however, and Arnason is still with the club.
