Kari Lehtonen Traded to Dallas
Well, this is an interesting move by the Stars. This has the potential to really make or break the Stars season. If they get the Kari Lehtonen that was selected 2nd overall in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft, I think this makes them better right away. If they get the injury prone Lehtonen, then they gave up a fan favorite prospect and a 4th round pick for nothing. Stand by for more on this one.

Wonder what’s gonna happen with Turco?

Maybe Philly, but Nittymaki is kicking ass and taking names right now (just ask the Canuckleheads).
2009-2010 Colorado Avalanche - On the upside, there's only 25 more (regular season) games of Darcy Tucker left!
Just ask my fantasy team. After dropping Pavelec and picking up Nitty I now have:
Ryan Miller
Craig Anderson
Antero Nittymaki.

Dallas needs him because Turco has been Lettin-in goals.

Well Lehtonen will be a lot cheaper than Turco. And it did take Fleury quite a few seasons to get his act together and become a top goalie. It looks like a reasonable deal right now to me, but yeah, I agree much depends on Lehtonen’s health status. Vishnevskiy does look like a great prospect though, and their defense isn’t the greatest (or youngest).
I spent more effort eating a pudding than Tyler Arnason skated last year.
Lehtonen has lots of groin injury problems, that have never really stopped. Why? Well rumor from his time in Chicago (AHL) was that he has pure talent by the buttload, but no drive, and really no training to speak of. So until he figures that out (though this time it was back surgery that sidelined him) he will always be a question mark.
I still like Lehtonen though
2009-10 Colorado Avalanche: The wheels are firmly secure thank you!
Advice to Red Wing Fans: If you don't want the reputation of being whiners, then stop whining about EVERYTHING. Your team is allowed to lose games, and when they do, it's not always because of the refs or Gary Bettman, and you seem to continuously claim
