Interesting! I hope Boots is ready, because the Blues are going to be pissed and probably working their asses off!

It’s about time. I’m not too worried about rust, because everything I hear about Boods is that he is one of the hardest workers and most fit players you’ll meet. I hope he goes out there and rocks it!

Be glad you sailed for a better day, but don't forget there will be Hell to pay!

Sacco must be fully assured that Chris Stewart will score 12 goals against the Blues and no matter how much SUXORS Budaj has, Chris Stewart will overcome……

Also, I saw on the TSN power rankings that the Caps are 1st, followed by 8 Western Conference Teams, including the Avs at #7….. talk about Western Conference dominance, if you believe their rankings.

by jd21 on Mar 15, 2010 2:58 PM MDT reply actions

What? What is this “western” conference you talk about?

Sandie

"We called him Clark Kent because away from the rink, he was just a nerd. Then he'd go into the Colorado dressing room and put on his Avs jersey, and all of a sudden he was Super Joe"- Theo Fleury

by sandiegee on Mar 15, 2010 3:02 PM MDT up reply actions

apparently there is a whole other 16 teams that play there, I’m shocked I’ve never heard about them before either, I never see highlights or read stories about them.

by jd21 on Mar 15, 2010 3:06 PM MDT up reply actions

I don’t know how I’ll be able to grasp this concept. Sixteen whole other teams? Whoa!~

I wouldn’t be completely shocked if it turned out that Bettman couldn’t name every team in the Western Conference.

Random thought

What do you think Bettman would do if Crosby were in the West? :o

he would cripple whichever franchise he was playing for, forcing them to trade him to the NYR

Pretty sure Bettman struggles to name any of the teams outside the Atlantic division, with the exception of Detroit, Chicago and Washington. I know VS sure as hell struggles.
