Pics from Monsters Shootout Loss in Chicago

Yesterday I had a chance (once again) to head to the All-State Arena here in the Chicago area to check out the Avs farm club, the Lake Erie Monsters. This time was special because it was my 7-month-old's first "live" hockey experience. From that standpoint I can't tell you much about the game, except that that Monsters lost to the Chicago Wolves in an 8 round shootout. The game was on NHL Network, so I know a few of you were able to check it out.
After being ties 1-1, the Wolves nabbed 3 straight goals to take a 4-1 lead on an extremely slow looking "Temp Goalie" Grahame. But the Monsters answered with 3 goals of their own, setting up an OT and the eventual shootout.
For those that watched at home...can you tell me what happened to TJ Hensick? I saw him in the warm-ups, but I didn't notice him at all during the game, and he didn't come out during the shootout. Did he get hurt?

I always wished I lived in an AHL city at one point or another. I’m a little jealous of you and SlamDunk who get to go to those types of games every once in a while.

I miss going to Aeros games ALL THE TIME man. I mean, all the time. I was kicking some high guests out of my hotel last night and I kept thinking “I bet this is what Mitch Love used to feel like when he was kicking ass” the entire time. Ughgghghghgh the AHL is just AWESOME.
A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.
Good News Everybody! OKC gets an AHL team next year. So now you can be a little jealous of me too!
The Avalanche, clearly, are down with No PP.
I’ll just have to make due with one of the best young teams in the NHL here then.
And with the 32nd pick in the 2009 NHL draft, the Red Wings select: Someone other than Ryan O'Reilly. LOL@Detoilet.

Has he “worked” his way down to a healthy scratch at the AHL level now? Kevin Porter had a nice goal in the shootout.
