the idea of the cheese sauce scares me. I dunno why THAT should worry me when I should be concerned about the ‘meat’, but whatever.

I really don’t like Arby’s at all, It’s just that if I have to go there I’ll get the Beef and Cheddar because it combines meat and cheese which usually works well.

Well, I never tried one, but I heard that they were actually decent if you ate them fresh. THIS is what scared me about them –
The ‘Mashed Potato with Gravy Famous Bowl’ has 690 calories (60 of those from fat)(corrected: 270 of those from fat), 31 grams of fat, 55mgs of cholesterol, 26 grams of carbohydrates, and 27 grams of protein. The ‘Rice with Gravy’ version has 770 calories (230 from fat), 25 grams of fat, 55mgs of cholesterol, 107 grams of carbs, 30 grams of protein.

Let me just say as somebody who worked in several restaurants that even the places that are perceived as healthy are not. One place I worked at in particular is just as bad as BK and McDonalds yet a bunch of “health nuts” came in all the time.

That “cheese” sauce should scare you. I used to scarf 2 of those Beef ‘n Cheddars, extra heavy on the horsey sauce, but I haven’t had it for years, and I have no craving for it.

There is a French-Canadian movie series that is based on a beer league team. They are the underdogs and manage to win. There are four movies to the series and to win a series the Avs need four wins. Coincidence? I think not.
Tonight is game 2 and movie 2.

I heard it was great… but the bar changed the channel to baseball. BASEBALL. That wouldn’t ordinarily bother me, but it was NOT the Rockies, and there were 20 TVs, and they all had baseball on them too. Terrible. They wouldn’t change it back to the game either.

Well, it was trivia night, and some else was buying my drinks, so i didnt complain too much. but i was unimpressed. I would have cause a HUGE ruckus if it was an Avs game. I mean they likely would have called the cops on me.

hehe, the bar that i occasionally go do trivia at, i make them change the tv that is right next to the one with trivia to hockey always. and they never say no, even if i’m the only one watching, but yeah, if it’s not the avs it’s not a huge deal, but if it is, death to the infidels.
