The Avs fell short again after 5-2 loss to Sharks.
On the critical third goal by Pavelski, Adam Foote was out of position and Anderson missed the puck.
Yip and Svatos were able to score and the Avs tried to generate more offense. Without Hejduk and Mueller the Avs really lacked the offensive fire power needed to advance to the second round.
Hopefully, the Avs can pick up some new forwards and centers to replace players who failed to perform in the playoffs.
Duchene had a lackluster playoffs, but was great in the regular season. Andy also had a huge game in game in game 3 and looked like another Roy in that game. Stewart had a good series with 2 goals.
Hopefully, the Avs can rebuild there offense so they can score more in next years playoffs next year. The Avs defense looked fairly solid but needs even more talent to advance in the playoffs.
At least the Avs made a series of it, and tried to knock off the Sharks.
