In other news,
I am interested in Salma Hayek.
Though I have my doubts as to the reciprocity of interest in either of the two cases mentioned.
2009-2010 Colorado Avalanche - On the upside, there's only 5 more (regular season) games of Darcy Tucker left!
The KHL has an interest in ANYONE who has played in the NHL. It’s quickly becoming a joke league (not that Budaj playing there would be a joke, I’m just saying over all).
If the Avs don’t re-up with Budaj, he will surely get another NHL gig (Maybe not for the ridiculous money that the KHL hands out, but still…)
Colorado Avalanche: Mission 2W (Or Mission 1W + Flames 1L...OR...Mission Flames 2L)
I don't think money is a motivator for Budaj
I read he would like to stay in Denver, but what he wants is to be on a team and play hockey, even if it is as a back-up. I think he would prefer to play in the NHL (who wouldn’t, unless you are Russian) He’s a hard worker, a great team player, and his stats in the games he has started are 1.88 GAA and .937 Sv%. I would think a lot of teams would be interested in a player like that.
Colorado Avalanche: Playoffs or Golf - which will it be Boys!
you transcribed some numbers
remember, boods is teh suxxorz
8.81 GAA and .793 SV%. It’s gotta be that way. Duh.

I really want him to stay in Denver. It would be nice to think Sacco has learned something this year and would play him more next season. I’m not holding my breath tho.
If they offered him a new contract, I wonder if he could put in there a guarantee on a rotation if his numbers stay up? lol.
This is our team: underrated, filled with amazingly talented kids and veteran leaders, both young and old, who are buying into the vision of a hard working, fast moving, never-say-die game. They are the 2009-2010 Colorado Avalanche.

That’s my hope as well. We’ve got unequivocal evidence that Budaj wasn’t the big issue last year. It takes elite-level goaltending + goal-support to win behind the Avs current blueline. Boots had no goal-support and while he’s an NHL-level goalie, he’s never been considered elite.
The Avalanche, clearly, are down with No PP.
From the DP Another lost lead halts joy for Avs
Budaj squelched a report from Europe that said he already had decided to play in Russia’s KHL next season.
“That’s wrong. I never said that. Somebody made it up,” Budaj said. "The NHL is, by far, my priority.
