Could Super Joe come back?
Got this from Dater.
Hmm. This will play out interestingly.
So, what job do you all think he could do/want?

On one hand I’m saying “Hell Yeah!!”
But on the other hand what Dater said is right.
Even though we love Joe and everything he is/has done/will be, he would start out low in the pecking order and there are guys more suited to roles he may want.
I know my name is spelled "Luxury Yacht" but it's actually pronounced Throatwarbler Mangrove.
As a member in good standing with the PFJ I truly hate only two things:
The JPF and the Detroit Red Wings! And Red Wing fans. Ok, I truly hate three things...
rumors of Uwe Krupp coming back to the franchise are out there as well

The thing is
A lot of former players looking to get on the managerial track start by becoming scouts, which involves a lot of travel. What was the post that Niewendyk got after retiring?
"Defense! Defense! Common! Do you call that blowing!?"
I'm split
Super Joe is the greatest player ever (through my burgundy tinted shades), but what if he’s a lousy coach like Gretzky? It would sure suck to have the Avs finish last and Lacroix chase Joey out of town. That’s not how I want to remember Super Joe.
On the same note, he could be an outstanding coach which would just further elevate him to God-like status in my book.

Marketing
All he would have to do is get on camera and tell everybody “Buy tickets to the games” and they would do it. The irony of having Quoteless Joe work in marketing would be priceless.
Seriously, he said during his retirement speech that he might want to follow PL around and see how things work. It will be interesting to see what comes of this.

So Kroenke is selling to Joe and Patty?
MHH: The Burgundy Army is on the March!
I'm The Canary - but I'm not cute nor cuddly, and I don't sing.
he does need to sell the team...
and between the two of them, maybe they have enough cash to make it happen!
