Money Apparently Can, In Fact, Convince Some People That Edmonton Doesn't Suck
Apparently Mike Comrie bought Hillary Duff a $1M US engagement ring. And they're buying a $10M house. And he bought her a $100,000 Mercedes for her 20th birthday a couple years back not long after they became an item.
Lucky for them, in case of another lockout, he's an heir to Canadian home furnishings giant "The Brick".

…and now I see the date. Would you believe me if I told you we just got internet around these parts and it’s barely 56K? That’d make me feel better than if I had to own up to the fact that I just don’t pay any attention to entertainment news (or dates at the top of articles, apparently).
It was, however, linked through a Facebook friend today, so I’m not the only one behind the times.
