The Avalanche beat the Blues last night 3-1 in St Louis. Kevin Shattenkirk, David Jones and Luke "Sky" Walker scored for the Avs in a game that most of the veterans skipped. T.J. Galiardi and Mark Olver both had 2 assists, Peter Budaj got the win and Trevor Cann stopped all 24 shots he faced (Budaj and Cann each played about half the game).

I would tell you more, but this game wasn't televised and the radio feed was broken. So, check out the event summary for ice time and check out last night's game thread for line combos and an excellent running commentary.

The Avs are back in action tonight in Denver, and we expect most of the big names who sat out last night to be in the lineup.

Highlights are available (amazing, considering the game wasn't televised)
