2011-12 All-Star Fan Balloting Released! Are You Kidding?
The 2011-12 All-Star game fan balloting names are out. Some of our Burgundy and Blue wearing favorites have made the list. So make sure you vote early and often for Milan Hejduk, Matt Duchene, Paul Stastny, Erik Johnson and...wait, where's...
Ryan O'Reilly? Oh wait. I understand. The Players were selected by the contributions to their respective organizations this season. Instead of Radar, a Center was put on the list based on stellar production and numbers since the beginning of the season. Someone who has been the heart and soul of a team, providing 60 minutes of competitive grit, making a difference in every game of this 2011-12 campaign.A Center like Sidney Crosby. He's on the balloting list. For the Pens this season, Sid the kid has provided 0 TOI, 0 Pts, 0 PIM and is a 0 +/-. I guess he was put on the balloting list for his consistency this season. Not to take away from Sid, he is a very talented player, but at least Sakic and SoS played a few games when they made All-Star lists.
So I am asking all you fine folks here on MHH to support our arguably most valuable player, and write in Radar as often as possible on this years ballot. Let's support a kid that gives us a chance to win every night, and leaves it all on the ice even if we don't get one for the "W" column. Hell, let's write in Landy, Jones, and both our goalies too! If Montreal can do it, so can we!

Not one vote was given for a current Av.
