I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice this. On the off chance you haven't looked ahead in the schedule, the Avs play the Blues this coming Tuesday. They should face off against both Stewart and Shatty.

Along with the curse of "First NHL Goal," the boys in Burg n Blue have had to put up with former players scoring against them with annoying regularity.

Anyone care to comment on the over/under of:

A) Shattenkirk netting a game-winning power-play goal, and/or

B) Stewart scoring a hat trick on his former mates.

During the recent Pens game, the Avs finally had a reverse of the First Goal curse as Gaunce got his first NHL marker. Here's hopin' the Former Player curse reverses Tuesday with Johnson and McClements having standout performances in the unipron.

Oh, and Andy looked AWESOME in net for Ottawa this evening!
