According to Adrian Dater, over at Denver Post, the Avalanche have come to terms with 20 year-old prospect Stefan Elliott. Elliott was picked in the second round by the Avs at the 2009 draft. He was 49th overall. This is for a three year deal.
Stefan has been in the WHL since the 2007-2008 season. Averaging between 67 and 72 games played a season. this year he has had 81 points and 14 penalty minutes in 71 games.
