What if Winnipeg gets a team?

According to a TSN article, Winnipeg getting a team is possible. There are two teams that could migrate: Atlanta and Phoenix.

If Atlanta moves, some team from the Western Conference has to move to the Eastern Conference. Clearly, it SHOULD be Detroit but it would probably be Columbus or Nashville. In that case some team would have to move into the Central Division, I bet Minnesota would move to the Central and Winnipeg would join the Northwest.

If Phoenix moves, what happens to the divisions? I would could foresee that they add Winnipeg to the Northwest Division and the Avs to the Pacific. Or, logically, they should move Vancouver to the Pacific and either Dallas or Winnipeg to the Northwest. It's something to think about. It could be good, bad, horrid, or nominal.

Thoughts?
