Should there be an Arnason Day?
You know how the site had a Wolski Day? In my opinion a former Av that really deserves his own day is Tyler Arnason. After all he had a career to remember with the Avs. What day would it be? July 1st (the day the Avs signed him and let him go 3 years later)? June 22 (the day he was given a 2 year extension)? March 16 (Arnie's Birthday)? I recently sat down with Arnason and asked him how he would feel about a day on this site like this. This was his response...

Apparently one good day every four years will still get you a tryout somewhere every year.

You hear that, Avs? That's the Buddha spouting that shit. So start sharing some fucking happiness already!
I’d forgotten that he had a decent season his first year here. I was looking through my old comments on another site, and one of my reasons for offensive optimism in the summer of 07 was Arnason. I found out I wasn’t always the most intelligent of fans.
I'm just like everyone else, only way better.

You’ve been here how long? You should already know the answer.
Datsyuk may have done it first, but he learned it from Peter Forsberg.
Thanks for everything Foppa!
Here’s my problem with the Arnason joke.
It’s not that he is un-talented, it’s that he is a lazy, quitting bitch. He already gets enough mention around here, but the fact that the organization spent some money on him and he didn’t even care to try most of the time makes the Arnason joke not funny to me.
Sack-co. It's time.
I want a middle finger option.

The way the team is playing now, every day is Tyler Arnason day. I shall celebrate with a donut.

But where’s the center?
Datsyuk may have done it first, but he learned it from Peter Forsberg.
Thanks for everything Foppa!

Depends on the type of day?
A day of Celebration, when we left?
A day of mourning, when he because our 1st line centre?
A day of wtf just happened, when we resigned him?

Datsyuk may have done it first, but he learned it from Peter Forsberg.
Thanks for everything Foppa!
