On reflection I should have said, “who do you think you are, Pavel Datsyuk or something”?

normally agree but they are really bad defensively right now so think it will be pretty good actually. In last 8, they have given up 3 or more goals 7x and 2 goals in the other game. Must win for Avs.

hasn’t he had a few sick days lately from practice? maybe he has an awful cold and can’t play…or maybe the all-star game called for him to fill in. and he’s just too excited
Galiardi better have an amazing game tonight.

Do you get the Vanilla and Orange? Those are Dalmore’s “signature” flavors.

I get orange in the finish. The body is more of a chocolately cake taste to me.

You can find it exceptionally cheap (under 40 dollars) if you want.
A man who stole my whisky used the defense that no one could resist a bottle of Scotch. I had no choice but to testify on his behalf.
That’s a pretty good price for a good single malt. I totally get the similarity to the doublewood in wood character, but I think the Dalmore is “darker”, with less of the light fruityness of the doublewood.

Speaking of Dalmore
I live in New York City and though the city sucks and I hate it to no end, it has a few “benefits”. One is arguable the best Scotch bar in America. They had a Dalmore tasting and offered a tasting of Dalmore 50. Yeah, I missed it because of work.
I was furious.
A man who stole my whisky used the defense that no one could resist a bottle of Scotch. I had no choice but to testify on his behalf.
No. 10,000 pounds. about 15,000 dollars.
The Bar was given it as a gift under the requirement they have a paid tasting event. I had a reservation but cest la vie.
A man who stole my whisky used the defense that no one could resist a bottle of Scotch. I had no choice but to testify on his behalf.
Weird circumstance. I didn’t know you got to try the 50 when i signed up. It was a last minute “gift” from the bar. Evidently with Scotch that old, once the bottle is opened it is best to drink it all right away. So, the sommelier’s and investors were there.

No. Dalmore is a Highland. Laphroaig is a Islay.
Dalmore’s are totally unpeated, except rare casks.

Balvenie is Speyside, but they are very similar in heaviness and flavor. The Balvenie Double Wood that is.
