So this afternoon I went downtown to the Can to do some birthday shopping for a friend of mine. I went into Altitude Authentics and it's ridiculous... The workers were in the process of removing every single rack of Avalanche merchandise from the store to replace it with Nuggets gear. All the Avalanche stuff was being moved to a roped off area of the atrium where some of it is being sold at sale prices, while most remains regularly priced and just tucked away where nobody will find it.

All season until this point, the team store has been almost exclusively dedicated to the Avalanche due to the NBA lockout, which was nice. Now that the lockout is over, one would naturally expect a more even balance of Nuggets and Avalanche gear, but no. Almost the entire store is filled with Nuggets gear.

Also, the game tonight is once again on Altitude 2 with no High Def. The Nuggets have yet to be pushed to that channel in favor of the Avalanche.

I know Kroenke said in that interview some time ago that they do care about the Avs, but actions speak louder than words.
