Aaron Musick from Hockeybuzz has an interesting point. You can win every game against the other conference, but if you can't take care of business at home year after year, the only thing that will improve are your players handicaps.

Sacco is a good AHL coach, but dis aint the AHL…
Goalie Coach? Goalie Coach!?! We don't need no stinkin' Goalie Coach!

Overall as a “pro” coach, he’s winning at a 0.423 clip. It’s obviously the (choose one or more of: [players / injuries / general manager / relative humidity / his menstrual cycle])
2011-2012 Lokomotiv Yaroslavl: Vyechnaya Pamyat!

Hrm..some stats
I was curious as how Sacco statistically compared to other NHL coaches that recently were promoted from the AHL.

These are a handful that I could think of right off the top of my head. I welcome any other comparisons.
