It's no secret that Bobby Ryan wants out of Anaheim. He's an elite forward who could fit nicely with the Avalanche. He's played with both Paul Stastny and Erik Johnson on Team USA, showing some nice chemistry with the former in the 2012 World Championships. But to get Ryan, it would take a lot going the other way. That deal would have to start with a top line forward: Stastny, Matt Duchene, Ryan O'Reilly or Gabriel Landeskog. It's highly unlikely the Avalanche would be willing to part with their Calder winning #2 pick, especially when he helped carry the team for much of last season as a 19-year-old. However, trading one of the other three forwards might be worth it.
