So Mr. Commish has finally admitted that if there is no agreement reached by Sept. 15, he will most likely impose a lockout....again. Link is from ESPN...BLAH....but the point is still there.

So I am curious....who here thinks there will or will not be a lockout and why or why not? Please comment and explain
