This is an excellent read (well, IMHO) about EJ's career up to this point. It analyzes his career and how he's progressed, regressed, and then progressed so far. It really is an interesting read.
Two warnings however: 1) it's a bit long, so take it in chunks or make sure you have the time to digest this; and 2) there are some advanced stats here (i.e. Corsi, otherwise known as the thing I have no idea how it works), just so you're prepared.
