I know there has been a deluge of draft opinion on this site lately which is fantastic. Kudos to the many great fanposts that have been posted out there already. You should read them.
This is going to be a bit different. I have compiled the draft rankings from 6 different publications and put together an average of all of those lists. My sources are ISS, Bob McKenzie, Craig Button, ESPN, The Scouting Bureau, and Future Considerations. Bob McKenzie's list has historically been the most accurate so I have weighted his list more heavily in my averages. Since some of these publications require either subscriptions or to be purchased I feel uncomfortable sharing the complete data, thus I have only shared the order they slotted into as well as the average ranking.
Basically the idea is to try and narrow the list down to 10 names or so that should be available around the 23rd pick where the Avs will select. I have included up to the 90th ranked player as I wanted to give some options for the 3rd round but not all of the publications rank 90 players. From there, we should be able to get a good discussion going on the pros and cons of each player. Overall 166 names were on at least one of the rankings.
I hope people find this list helpful. It has been interesting looking at the differences in opinion among the services. My goal is to keep this information and repeat next year to see who is the most accurate over time.
