Around The Northwest Division, November 24

Minnesota (11-9-2) VS Nashville (11-8-2)
Despite a weak start, the Predators seem to be getting their act together.  They've won three of the last five games and have secured a new lease deal for their arena, ending (for now) talks of relocation.  The Wild are in the early stages of what will likely be a season-long battle with Colorado (and maybe Vancouver) for first in the Northwest division.  Though I hate the Predators, their fans, and one player in particular, it's best that the Wild don't win.  Go Preds!
[Final score: Minnesota 4, Nashville 3]

Chicago (12-8-1) VS Edmonton (8-13-1)
There was a time, which seems more distant every day, when the Blackhawks were a horrible team.  Now, with the brilliant rookie seasons of Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews (and new ownership), the 'Hawks are off to the best start in many years.  They're super hot!  Edmonton just sucks.  Chances are Chicago will make short work of them tonight.  One can hope.
[Final score: Edmonton 3, Chicago 2, SO]
