We're down to the final 14 games. I'm interested to see which Avalanche team shows up this weekend; will it be Dr Capable or Mr Inept? We already know that Adam Foote will at least miss this game (and probably Sunday's game in Vancouver), meaning Lawrence Nycholat will be making his Avalanche debut.
Cody McCormick will be sitting out this weekend, thanks to a two-game suspension for attempting to decapitate Cal Clutterbuck. Cody McLeod returns to action.
Peter Budaj will be in net for the Avs. I expect Dwayne Roloson will be the starter for Edmonton - backup Jeff Deslaurier's last start was well over a month ago (February 7th).
