Good news from Adrian Dater today: Kyle Cumiskey, Adam Foote, Matt Hendricks and, most importantly, Milan Hejduk are all expected to be on the ice today as the Avalanche resume practices. Assuming Hendricks and Hejduk are cleared to come off the IR, the Avs will have some interesting roster decisions upcoming. The return of these players gives the Avs 13 healthy forwards and 8 healthy defensemen.
