Keeping on the All-Stars train... Ales Hemsky didn't think he'd be making a trip to to the All-Stars game.

Ales Hemsky didn't like his odds of playing in the NHL all-star game in Raleigh, N.C., so he planned a trip to Las Vegas with his girlfriend.

They would play a little blackjack, some craps, maybe take in one of the 33 Cirque du Soleil shows playing there.

I hope he got travellers insurance.
