At the NHL level, besides McDonald, players who have donned the M-11 include Los Angeles Kings teammates Willie Mitchell and Kevin Westgarth, Colorado Avalanche tough guy David Koci as well as Minnesota Wild centre Pierre-Marc Bouchard, and Anaheim's Dan Sexton, Cam Fowler, Toni Lydman and Luca Sbisa.
