The Arsenal Supporters Trust has warned fans against selling shares to Stan Kroenke in order to prevent the American businessman from completing a 100 percent takeover of the Premier League club.

Last month Kroenke took a controlling stake in Arsenal as it became the latest major English football club to fall into foreign ownership.
