Now that we've spent all week discussing the different awards, it's time to talk about the award celebration as well as the building that houses them all. The NHL awards their trophies during the month of June, at the conclusion of the playoffs. Last year, the awards held some disappointing moments, from unrecognizable "celebrities" handing out the awards and the musical performances also left something to be desired... But seeing the men, dressed up to the nines, awaiting their cataegory to see if they won an award can be enjoyable - especially if you hang out on the MHH Awards Thread.

The Hockey Hall of Fame is a fascinating place to spend a morning - or an afternoon- if you are ever in the Toronto area, I strongly suggest you take a stroll through the halls. Going through the halls, you'll see all the NHL trophies, as well as a wall of all the men and women who were inducted into the Fame. There are interactive areas as well, you can stop a virtual puck, make play-by-play calls on some fantastic plays. Be surrounded with some incredible hockey memorabilia.

If you cannot make it out to the HHoF, you can always chack out their website. Starting in 2003 they began a journal of the Cup. Showing it's various stops with the winners. That can be an interesting read, the whole site is one that I would recommend you to peruse.
