Hanzal has been suspended for two games.

Phoenix Coyotes centre Martin Hanzal has been suspended two games by the NHL for charging Edmonton defenceman Jeff Petry.

Hanzal was called for a charging penalty when he ran Petry into the boards from behind in the first period of Phoenix’s 5-4 win over the Oilers on Saturday.

Some more bad news for the Flames.

We now know how big of a bite the injury bug has taken from the Calgary Flames.

Captain Mark Giordano is expected to miss six to eight weeks due to a broken ankle suffered Oct. 21. Giordano, who was a point-per-game player before being hurt, has missed the last three outings.

Giordano blocked a shot in the second period of the Los Angeles game, and played in the third period.

I don't know if everyone will be able to see this video, but it answers the questions of who the oldest ex-NHL'er is.
