HBO's 24/7 showed an argument over a water bottle.

Clarkson, the Toronto Maple Leafs forward, was jostling with his opponent, Detroit Red Wings forward Todd Bertuzzi, as the conversation unfolded. Bertuzzi had fired a puck at the water bottle, which belonged to Leafs goaltender Jonathan Bernier and had somehow landed on the ice during a game earlier this month.

“The water bottle’s on the [expletive] ground,” Bertuzzi growled back. “Don’t worry about a [expletive] water bottle.”

“I am worried about a [expletive] water bottle,” Clarkson said. “It’s our [expletive] water bottle. Don’t [expletive] touch it.”

Sundin has made it to another Hall of Fame.

Former Maple Leaf captain Mats Sundin completed a hall of fame hat trick Sunday.

The NHL great was inducted into the Swedish Hockey Hall of Fame in an emotional ceremony before the host team’s 10-0 whitewash of Norway at the world junior championship. Sundin was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012, and the IIHF shrine in May.

The Flames and the Hurricanes have made a trade.

The Calgary Flames acquired right winger Kevin Westgarth from the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday for forward Greg Nemisz.

Westgarth is in his fifth NHL season, and has yet to pick up a point this season in 12 games with the Hurricanes. Overall, he has played 133 career games with Los Angeles and Carolina, accumulating three goals and six assists for nine points and 202 penalty minutes.
