Wilson sent to LEM for conditioning

One of the waiver exceptions is reassigning a player for conditioning after coming off an injury. The Avalanche are taking that opportunity by sending Ryan Wilson to the Lake Erie Monsters for a two-week, 5-game conditioning stint. He will be back in Denver on January 19th.

Tyson Barrie will be in tonight, replacing Nate Guenin who suffered an ankle injury blocking a shot in Saturday's game against the San Jose Sharks.
