GDT: Avalanche at Penguins 12/18/2014, Game 31

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Penguins of Pittsburgh tonight at the confluence of the Allegheny, Monongahela and Ohio Rivers. Game time is 7:00pm in the ET, 5:00pm in the Mountain and can be seen on the fucking awful NHL Network with Moser's radio call located on the Avs site.

With the long layoff, some folks have gotten healthy. Brad Stuart has been activated and will play in his 1000th NHL game tonight. Patrick Bordeleau was also activated but won't play for whatever reasons. The Avs are also carting around most of the lightly wounded, like Mitchell, Winchester and Varly, on this trip but who knows if they'll get any PT. Varly just got put on IR for what it's worth. Borna Rendulic has gone back to Lake Erie since our last chat together.
